This phase of project includes designing your House from scratch.We customize the design for each client and make sure that your design is unique, we work closely to understand your requirements and design accordingly to come up with the best design. Engineering Consultancy includes Architectural Planning, Electrical layout , Plumbing Layout, 3D view, Plan sanction assistance, Loan sanction assistance. Consultancy fees depends on the scope of the project. We charge on percentage basis or lumpsum depending on the scope of the project.

Contracting / Construction Services

This phase starts after the designing phase is completed. We construct the house as per the plans.
